In Malayalam bedeutet Kerala: \"Das Land der Kokospalmen\". Es wird auch 'Die Residenz Gottes' genannt, ein Spitzname, der auf seine unglaubliche Sch\u00f6nheit zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist. Kerala ist auch die Wiege des Ayurveda, der vor \u00fcber 5000 Jahren entstand.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die aus der indischen Tradition stammende ayurvedische Medizin gilt als die \u00e4lteste ganzheitliche Medizin der Welt.<\/span><\/p>\n

AYURVEDISCHE LEBENSART Die Aus\u00fcbung der ayurvedischen Medizin bedeutet, den Kranken zu behandeln, nicht die Krankheit. Nach einer pers\u00f6nlichen ayurvedischen Untersuchung legt der Arzt die Art der Behandlung fest, die er einleiten m\u00f6chte. Die Behandlung basiert auf Ern\u00e4hrungslehre, Pflanzenheilkunde, ayurvedischer Massage, Meditation, Atmung, Yoga oder Gesang und zielt darauf ab, das Gleichgewicht zwischen K\u00f6rper und Geist wiederherzustellen und zu erhalten...<\/span><\/p>\n

Diese Reise ist dem Wohlbefinden gewidmet. Zwischen Yogapraxis, Lernen und Entdeckungen in der Umgebung, die es uns erm\u00f6glichen werden, in das indische Leben einzutauchen. Anl\u00e4sslich dieses Aufenthalts stelle ich mich in Ihren Dienst und begleite Sie bei dieser ayurvedischen Verj\u00fcngungskur und -retraite. \nIch bin Vanessa BRAULT, 52 Jahre alt, seit 30 Jahren Sportp\u00e4dagogin (Sportgymnastik, rhythmische Sportgymnastik, Pilates, Klettern usw.), seit 25 Jahren eifrige Yogapraktizierende und seit 15 Jahren Yogalehrerin.
