Comfort

Accommodation is in double bungalows (suites or single rooms at extra cost) with en-suite bathrooms. Each bungalow is air-conditioned and combines Vastu tradition with French comfort.
Facilities and services :

two treatment rooms, so you can enjoy Ayurvedic treatments at the same time and continue the day together.
quality equipment: custom-made Ayurvedic tables made from Venga wood, respecting the traditional conditions for quality Ayurvedic treatments.
Meals are served in the Vishram Village restaurant (except during excursions). The chef is Kerala and his cuisine is full of flavour (vegetarian or fish and chicken recipes (no other type of meat).
Yoga classes are held at the yoga house on the lake, with its natural clay floor (asanas and pranayama in the morning and relaxation in the evening). The classes are taught by a swami yoga master.

Climate and equipment

Very high temperatures and high humidity from June to September, but Ayurvedic cures are available all year round. No special equipment is required. However, we recommend that you bring casual clothes for the yoga classes.

Health

Be in possession of a certificate of good physical health.
To date, no vaccinations are compulsory. We do, however, recommend: cholera, hepatitis B and DT Polio. Anti-malaria recommended.
Water: only drink bottled water.

Formalities

PASSPORT & VISAS
For your trip to India, you will need a passport that is valid for six months beyond the date of your return. You will need to obtain a visa from the new office responsible for issuing visas since the beginning of 2008. We will be happy to help you with all the formalities.
