The days are structured around recommended activities, which you are free to take part in. Nothing will be imposed on you.
From 8am: First morning tea - Review of how everyone spent the night, how they felt, how they woke up, their dreams...
9.00am: A gentle wake-up call that invites you to be present with yourself. Breathing exercises followed by relaxation or meditation.
11am-3pm:
- Meditative walks and hikes in the surrounding area adapted to the pace of the group.
We'll be walking through sumptuous landscapes while discovering the local heritage and history. Walking, breathing and meditating speed up the detoxification process through deep, regular breathing, which oxygenates the blood and tones the muscles. The body remains dynamic and regains new energy and inner joy.
- An instinctive clay modelling workshop with ceramist Elisabeth Bourget, who will guide you through this creative activity.
- Dream Catcher" workshop: an afternoon creating your own dream catcher in the intimacy of nature with Muriel.
Fasting makes us more available and open-minded, so that we can reconnect with our spontaneity and creativity.
15:00-18:30: Rest, free time and individual treatments offered by members of the on-site team. The programme includes foot reflexology and Californian massage to help you relax, eliminate toxins and stimulate your vital energy.
6.30pm: Sharing a vegetable broth.
7.00-9.30pm: Family naturopathy workshops: healthy eating, physical and mental hygiene, the digestive system, getting back to eating after fasting, etc.
