Walking and Relaxation

Walking and Relaxation

8.30 - 9.30 am Knap wake-up call :

This Knap wake-up session is designed to introduce the wake-up ritual practiced by Georgia Knap, the author of the Knap Points method. Practised every morning, this ritual has dramatically rejuvenated Knap's body and face.

This sequence of Knaps uses all parts of the body to rejuvenate, purify, cleanse the often repeated excesses or simply to counteract the effects of aging that we all experience.

These Knap exercises provide vitality, resistance to disease and longevity by enabling :

  • Oxygenate better through intra pulmonary over-compression,
  • Fighting sagging faces,
  • Tone and stimulate the organs,
  • Avoiding the compression of the vertebrae,
  • Maintain good legs.

Breakfast

10:30 - 12:00 Afghan Walking: Afghan walking is a breathing technique synchronised with the rhythm of the steps. Afghan walking is practiced by Afghan nomads, allowing them to walk long distances without getting tired. Afghan walking improves the body's endurance and energy. This walking technique can be used on a daily basis when walking.

Body Care and Meditation

Body Care and Meditation

8:30 - 9:30 Do IN: Ancestral self-massage from traditional Chinese medicine, close to shiatsu, do in means "gesture that leads to the way". It is a series of simple technical gestures that you perform yourself (thumb and finger acupressure, friction, percussion, stretching), the aim of which is to awaken and harmonise the energies (chi) in the whole body. It is generally practiced in the morning on an empty stomach and can be light or heavy depending on the physical and psychological state (fatigue, stress...). The original position of the body during do in is seiza (sitting on the knees and instep). Do In is a tool of the Japanese Buddhist way, whose doctrine can be summarised as "being present to oneself at all times". This path also relies on other techniques (attention, concentration, breathing, and meditation). Do In is not a simple gymnastic exercise but is performed with awareness.

Breakfast

10.30 - 12.00 Body Modelling :

This Body Modelling session uses the fundamentals of Pilates applied with more intensity and depth. Body Modelling aims to strengthen the superficial muscles, focusing on breathing as an extremely effective way to stimulate muscle tone.

With Body Modeling we will also work on stretching the muscles at the end of the session to keep the body supple and thus prevent injuries and release muscular tension.

This Body Modeling session will also solicit the capacity of concentration and presence to oneself in the proposed movements, to develop one's vigilance to any eventuality.

Lunch.

17:00 - 18:30 Meditation: Meditation is a way to cultivate the present moment by focusing on the breath. It helps to develop one's capacity for concentration and attention. It is one of the tools to become aware of one's body, thoughts and environment.

Gymnastics and Vibration

Gymnastics and Vibration

8.30 - 9.30 am Qi Qong: The human being is part of a whole, the macrocosm of the universe and the microcosm of the human body are exchanged and united by the QI which is the source of all life.

The aim of Qi Gong is to feel and circulate the QI in the body through and out of the meridians through exercises based on movement, breathing and awareness.

Bernard will draw from the sources of different Qi Gong, to introduce you to this art of health, Qi Gong being one of the 5

Breakfast

10.30 - 12.00 Dynamic postural gymnastics :

Dynamic Postural Gym is a revisited postural approach, inviting the observation of one's vertical axis and listening to the natural alignment of the body.

The aim of the Dynamic Postural Gym session will be to approach the notion of posture by linking it to deep breathing, without forgetting the dynamism necessary for daily life.

The Dynamic Postural Gym favours the strengthening of the body's anchorage and gives more tone to the structure without losing flexibility.

Lunch

17:00 - 18:30 Sound Vibration:

The aim of this Sound Vibration practice is to reconnect and reconcile us with our inner self through the vibration of sounds and the energy of our voice.

Sound Vibration brings well-being to the body and mind through in-depth reharmonisation of the body's various vibratory fields.

A Sound Vibration session includes relaxation, anchoring and centring, listening, breath work, voice exploration, vowel chanting, mantra chanting and sacred world chants. During the sound vibration session, various instruments are used to stimulate the rhythm and strength of the voice.

Yoga and Biodanza

Yoga and Biodanza

8.30am - 9.30am wake-up call:

Breakfast

10:30am 12:00pm Vinyasa yoga:

Yoga Vinyasa" is a synthesis of "Hatha Yoga" and "Ashtanga", making it more dynamic. This practice is creative and strongly influenced by the teacher's personality. It is she who defines the sequences and sequences of postures (asanas) according to the energy of the group and the possibilities of each individual. Vinyasa yoga consists of linking different asanas while synchronising movement and breathing.

At each session, Déborah suggests a theme and invites everyone to set a personal intention. This intention will then guide the practice to help you progress in your bodily sensations.

Lunch

17h00- 18h30 Biodanza :

Biodanza is a system of human development designed to re-establish a connection with oneself, so that we can better reach out to others. Its progressive pedagogy invites us to experiment with playful, dynamic, sensitive and profound suggestions, to savour the pleasure of being "in" and "of" life.

The exercises are set to music, and aim to express movement with what is there, in the moment, for each individual, without seeking choreography. The essential thing is to enjoy yourself, in the here and now, and to savour the present moment.

Pilates and reflexology

Pilates and reflexology

8.30am - 9.30am Pranayama :

Prana is the sum total of all the energies present in the Universe. It is the source of life, the vital breath.

Pranayama is the yogic science of controlling Prana in the human being (Ayama = to restrain and control). Pranayama is one of the 8 stages of the yogic path (according to Patanjali).

These Pranayama practices use various breathing exercises to control and distribute the practitioner's vital energies.

Thanks to Pranayama, the energies that circulate release tension, soothe pain and reduce stress.

Practised in the morning, Pranayama techniques help to wake up the body with total awareness of the act of breathing, and to learn how to 'take in the air' to increase vital physical and mental energies tenfold so that you can get on with your day.

Breakfast

10.30am - 12.00pm

Pilates:

The Pilates method is a muscle-strengthening technique that works the deep and superficial muscles.

Pilates is a gentle form of gymnastics that combines breathing and movement to work the muscles more effectively.

Pilates exercises are gentle, with no sudden movements or impact shocks. Pilates movements cause no pain, and do not overtax any muscle group.

Pilates stimulates all the functions needed for daily well-being

Lunch

17:00-18:30 Self-reflexology: This workshop aims to teach you some basic self-stimulation techniques under the feet, based on foot reflexology. This practice will help you to relieve functional pain, whether acute or chronic, such as muscle, joint or tendon pain, constipation, headaches, stress, etc.

Tai Chi Chuan and floor exercise

Tai Chi Chuan and floor exercise

8.30am- 9.30am Makko'ho: This Makko'Ho session begins with a self-massage with a ball to prepare the body for the 6 static stretches developed by Shizuto Masanuga (founder of the Iokai Shiatsu school).

The purpose of Makko'Ho is to fluidify and stimulate the energy of the 6 pairs of meridians to which specific organs and entrails correspond.

Each Makko'Ho therefore has a physiological function, but also corresponds to a psychological or emotional 'attitude'.

The order in which these 6 Makko'Ho postures are performed corresponds to the circadian (i.e. daily) cycle of the meridians used in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Breakfast

10h30- 12h00 Taï Chi Chuan - Tui Shou :

This Tai Chi Chuan & Tui Shou session will give you a taste of a range of 2 Chinese practices, from internal well-being to the external expression of movement, with the aim of making full use of the "body-mind" couple.

We start the session with Tai Chi Chuan: "boxing of the supreme peak", a martial art internal based on a sequence of slow, supple and dynamic movements in tune with deep breathing.

Then we'll move on to Tui Shou: the "Poussée des Mains" or "Sticky Hands". This is a game for two, the aim of which is to uproot your partner. This is an application of the principles of Tai Chi Chuan, an art of self-defence based on the Taoist art of living. This discipline covers topics such as verticality, the centre, axes, anchoring, yin and yang, anatomy, etc. Excellent for posture, balance and self-confidence.

Lunch

17.00 - 18.30Floor bar :

Marion Hélène's Barre à Terre technique is "osteo-sensory". This "osteo-sensory" Barre à Terre technique proposes a series of basic and essential exercises, in full awareness of the fine and subtle structure of the bones and joints.

It involves letting go, exploring the correct alignment of the bone structure and grasping the close relationship between support from the Earth, the law of gravity and the breath. This global reconnection facilitates a return to the fluidity of movement, more grounded, connected and harmonious, driven by the bone and joint structure rather than the muscle mass.

The "osteo-sensory" Barre à Terre encourages the skeleton to reposition itself correctly, respecting its joints and reharmonising the way it moves.

Yoga of the Senses

Yoga of the Senses

8.30am - 9.30am Taoist Gym :

Taoist Gym is a sequence of continuous, smooth movements performed while visualising the different directions of the cardinal points of the Universe. Breathing is associated with Taoist Gym, bringing vitality, a spirit of communion, intuition, movement, relaxation and pleasure.

This coordination of various Taoist Gym exercises stimulates and develops harmony of body and mind. The aim of this Asian discipline is to correct bad habits, balance the organs, learn to relax, loosen the muscles and release tension to overcome the stresses of everyday life. Taoist Gym helps to maintain and preserve.

Breakfast

10:30am-12:00pm Cerebro-Corporal Coherence: The aim of cerebro-corporal coherence is to cleanse, expand and activate internal and external energies. Cerebro-corporal coherence enables us to (re)learn to listen to the subtle dialogue between the body and the head, and how the head influences the body in terms of blockages, retentions and tension. Our body is a whole; it is our first and only real living space, so let's look after it. How can we do this? Through breathing exercises, visualisation, harmonisation, gestures and postures that everyone can reproduce independently in their daily morning routine. This activity is simple and accessible to everyone.

17h00 - 18h30 Yoga for the senses:

This session is an invitation to explore the benefits of the voice on our different systems.

It uses sound therapy techniques combined with essential oil synergies. This olfactory and sonic journey helps you develop confidence in your intuition, inspired by 6 remarkable synergies from an "Aromatherapy emotional System" essential oil complex.

This course consists of 4 sequences. The first part invites you to relax, oxygenate and be fully present with yourself and your senses, using the 6 Taoist breaths, suggested visualisations and anchoring exercises. The second part will be devoted to harmonising the body and mind through vocal exercises and balancing the energy centres using chromotherapy and associated tuning forks. The third stage will develop exploration and creation through a game of vocal improvisation based on the chanting of vowels and mantras. The session will end with a meditation around a sound siesta accompanied by the voice and vibratory instruments (Hang, Guembri, Tibetan bells & Bol...).

It's time to say "goodbye", and may you be accompanied by Plenitude!
