Day 1

Figari

Departure for Figari

Departure for Figari

Your bags are packed and you head for the airport for your flight to that beautiful destination - Corsica.

On landing at Figari airport and after customs formalities, you will collect your rental car. From Marseille, we recommend the 09:15 flight via air Corsica for an arrival at 10:25. Your rental car will be a Category B - Type Citroën C3 or similar

You will take the road in direction of your accommodation, the Campo Palombaggia Ranch, which is located 11 km from the town of Porto Vecchio. This region is the image of Corsica, between mountains and beaches, between urbanism and rurality, between hamlets and maquis.

The accommodation is a Ranch, built in local stone, located in the middle of the Maquis in a preserved setting where calm and intimacy reign. It is a preserved place keeping the typical Corsican charm. You arrive in your own bubble of paradise. The ranch has been fitted out while respecting the old sheepfolds and their rustic character.

Days 2 to 7

Southern Corsica

Horseback riding

Horseback riding

You'll have a week to discover the southern region of Corsica. As part of your stay, there will be 3 2-hour excursions on horseback. A guide will be on hand to help you take your first steps on horseback and show you the maquis and the beaches of Corsica. (Palombaggia and Carataggio beach, nicknamed Tahiti beach).

Depending on your level of riding, the gallop could even be considered on the white sandy beach of Palombaggia from 7.15am. You will have the impression of being alone in the world on this immense beach (1.5km). Bring your swimming costume under your trousers and closed shoes. You will take your horse for a bath, or dip your legs in the water.

With a car at your disposal, drive to Bonifacio in the afternoon where you can wander the streets of the old town. Or simply relax by the pool or on the beach.

At the end of the day, set off to discover the Gulf of Porto Vecchio and enjoy a meal on one of the port's terraces.
