Les lieux d&rsquo;accueil (chambre d&rsquo;h\u00f4tes et maison traditionnelle) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9ables et les interm\u00e9diaires locales et locaux \u00e9taient toujours disponibles et souriant(e)s : chaque fois, une personne a pris le temps de nous donner des informations claires sur les lieux, les activit\u00e9s et les proc\u00e9dures. De m\u00eame, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de CW Azores, qui assurait les sorties en mer (plong\u00e9e avec les dauphins, observations des c\u00e9tac\u00e9s), est compos\u00e9e exclusivement de sp\u00e9cialistes, tou(te)s motiv\u00e9(e)s par une passion de la faune marine qu&rsquo;ils\/elles aiment \u00e0 faire d\u00e9couvrir et attentifs(-ves) autant au bien-\u00eatre de chacun(e) qu&rsquo;aux questions de tous : chaque excursion a \u00e9t\u00e9 un r\u00e9el moment de d\u00e9couverte \u00e9merveill\u00e9e et de compr\u00e9hension de l&rsquo;univers marin (dauphins divers, cachalot sauteur, poisson volant fr\u00e9n\u00e9tique, cagarros planeurs, requins en transit). Notre satisfaction est compl\u00e8te et les A\u00e7ores seront certainement un lieu o\u00f9 nous reviendrons tr\u00e8s vite pour profiter de la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 insulaire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">***<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Si je devais nuancer quelque peu cet \u00e9loge, qui n&rsquo;en est pas moins sinc\u00e8re, je dirais que le point \u00e0 revoir est celui du bruit des lieux d&rsquo;h\u00e9bergement :<br \/>\n\u2013 \u00e0 Horta, la chambre d&rsquo;h\u00f4tes avait toutes les qualit\u00e9s esp\u00e9r\u00e9es mais la fen\u00eatre qui donne sur la rue principale et le bruit des voitures sur les pav\u00e9s nous ont rendus (vraiment) tr\u00e8s matinaux ;<br \/>\n\u2013 sur Pico, la location \u00e9tait absolue formidable mais les jappements aigus quasi constants (jour et nuit) des chiens du voisin ont \u00e9t\u00e9 une g\u00eane r\u00e9elle. Tout en remerciant notre h\u00f4te adorable par un message que nous avons laiss\u00e9 dans la maison, nous l&rsquo;avons inform\u00e9 de ce d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ment.<br \/>\nMalgr\u00e9 cela, l&rsquo;essentiel du voyage \u00e9tait vraiment appr\u00e9ciable et nous sommes heureux de cette exp\u00e9rience a\u00e7or\u00e9enne. Une vraie s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Apr\u00e8s ce s\u00e9jour je me suis retrouv\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0moi\u00a0\u00bb, j&rsquo;ai retrouv\u00e9 le go\u00fbt du bien manger, j&rsquo;ai retrouv\u00e9 un vrai bien-\u00eatre, tant dans mon corps que dans ma t\u00eate, ce challenge qu&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi cette semaine de je\u00fbne, avec sa pr\u00e9paration, le temps m\u00eame du je\u00fbne, puis la reprise alimentaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9ussi, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 toi Graziella, ton savoir faire, ton accompagnement, gr\u00e2ce au contexte qui s&rsquo;y pr\u00eatait, et au lieu favorable, gr\u00e2ce aux amis aussi et \u00e0 l&rsquo;amiti\u00e9 qui s&rsquo;est cr\u00e9\u00e9e spontan\u00e9ment entre nous tous, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos \u00e9changes, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute des uns et des autres.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Cela aura \u00e9t\u00e9 une vraie \u00e9preuve pour moi, qui m&rsquo;aura fait un effet d&rsquo;\u00e9lectro-choc&#8230; de \u00ab\u00a0bon\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9lectro-choc. Et particuli\u00e8rement les deux derniers jours j&rsquo;\u00e9tais arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 un vrai \u00e9tat m\u00eal\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement et de bien-\u00eatre \u00e0 la fois (que je n&rsquo;imaginais pas \u00eatre capable d&rsquo;atteindre, sans r\u00e9agir plus avant). Mais cet \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9lectro-choc\u00a0\u00bb m&rsquo;a fait me retrouver, et m&rsquo;a redonn\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, celle qui se trouvait en moi mais que je n&rsquo;utilisais pas toujours de fa\u00e7on positive, pour moi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Ce en quoi ce s\u00e9jour m&rsquo;aura apport\u00e9 ce dont j&rsquo;avais vraiment besoin sans trop savoir avant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Je me sens bien&#8230; tr\u00e8s bien. Pour moi je l&rsquo;aurais v\u00e9cu un peu comme une seconde naissance, vraiment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Je suis rest\u00e9e tr\u00e8s longtemps apr\u00e8s notre retour dans un \u00e9tat d&rsquo;affaiblissement dont j&rsquo;ai eu du mal \u00e0 me sortir (&#8230;) Depuis ce mardi, c&rsquo;est tout frais, j&rsquo;ai totalement r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 de mes fr\u00e9quents instants d&rsquo;affaiblissement. Hier jeudi j&rsquo;ai repris le v\u00e9lo, et tous les jours je privil\u00e9gie la marche. Et je me sens bien. Et&#8230;. incroyable : je ne tousse plus la nuit&#8230;.! et&#8230;. je dors bien toutes les nuits&#8230;.! Je n&rsquo;en reviens pas.
