The human trip charter

Human Trip,
responsible travel.

Sustainable tourism is : tourism that takes full account of its current and future economic, social and environmental impacts, by meeting the needs of visitors, professionals, the environment and host communities" - "tourism that takes full account of its current and future economic, social and environmental impacts, by meeting the needs of visitors, professionals, the environment and host communities". At Humantrip, we know that travel means sharing, which is why we have 3 fundamental principles:

  • Respect for the traveller
  • Respect for the regions visited
  • Commitment to development

The human journey is in our eyes :

  • Be transparent about the cost of your trip, indicating the percentages that will go to those working in the field.
  • Take part in concrete humanitarian and ecological actions via our "Humantrip" association
  • Providing expertise in disability travel

Our charter

"Even the longest journey begins with a first step.

1 Respect for travellers, who can choose a freedom package offering the best value for money and a wide choice of family trips. Passenger comfort is our priority:

  • We are committed to offering our targeted, personalised expertise according to the traveller's requirements: Group travel? Home stay? In a hostel? In the heart of nature?
  • We offer organised trips on a human scale, devised in collaboration with local players
  • Here are our tips for responsible travel from around the world

2. respect for the host populations and their environment and the selection of our partners:

We work directly with small local associations and/or fair trade tourism organisations or those involved in associative activities, or directly with small local structures or traditional dwellings.

  • We are committed to rebalancing our ecological footprint, in particular by planting trees (for every ticket purchased = one tree planted).
  • We offer excursions that respect the flora, fauna and local populations.
  • To establish a fair and long-term professional relationship that is also a guarantee of quality and reliability for the traveller.
  • A contractualisation of the price of the trip in relation to a fair remuneration.
  • To encourage more responsible tourism, concerned with preserving the cultural heritage of the countries visited and their environment.
  • Promoting local expertise.
  • To raise visitors' awareness of these issues.

3. commitment to development :

  • We're committed to building a better future, with a particular focus on education through our partner association Humantrip.

    • Education for children living in isolated villages or in the shanty towns of large conurbations, and providing their families with basic necessities.
    • Setting up and developing schools through contributions of money, equipment and consumables.
    • The supply of foodstuffs and basic equipment.

4. respect for the environment :

  • Nature is one of Humantrip's concerns, so each plane ticket represents 1 tree planted, with a link given to our customers so that they can confirm that their tree will be planted soon after their purchase.

  • At Humantrip, we have a very different loyalty system, where we collect 'heart points' to carry out eco-responsible actions such as tree planting.

5. guaranteed safety :

Human Trip is a genuine travel agency that is aware of its responsibilities towards travellers and fully assumes them. There are no intermediaries; Human Trip ensures the quality and capabilities of its service providers. Our priority remains the safety of our travellers.

6. personalised follow-up for each of our travellers :

  • Human Trip takes care of you, from your departure to your return home. Before your trip, you'll benefit from our team's advice on how best to organise your adventure. During your trip, you'll have access to the numbers and addresses of our local partners, who will make sure your stay runs smoothly.
  • Our agency is committed to responding to your questions and requests for information as quickly as possible.
