Description of the stay
We offer you a unique cruise, combining dolphin encounters with yoga, Yin, Hatha, guided meditations and sound journeys.
These practices on the boat, rocked by the waves, the warm caress of the wind, surrounded by horizon and silence, will offer you a privileged connection with yourself, and between you and the elements.
You'll be prepared for the encounter with the dolphins, present to yourself, and open to a genuine, respectful and authentic exchange with these sensitive beings.
Thanks to his training as an underwater freediving instructor, Thierry will guide you step by step so that a simple swim on the surface with the dolphins becomes freediving a few metres underwater.
Once you're underwater, calm and aware, the dolphins will come to you.
They will approach you with confidence and curiosity to dance with you.
Gently, slowly and gracefully, you'll let yourself go as you experience this exceptional form of communication that will change your heart forever.
They will pass very close to you, perhaps brushing against you, but don't try to touch them, this interaction between the wild world and us humans must stop there.
Dancing with dolphins is an unforgettable experience that will change you forever.
Their gaze, planted in ours, reminds us how far we have strayed from nature, from our deepest nature.
Their sociability, grace, intelligence and joie de vivre resonate deeply with us.
Perhaps echoing our lost paradise of a day.
This cruise is a retreat, just for you.
You'll be able to slow down and feel.
And with Alexis, yoga practices will give you a sense of well-being, energy circulation and an open heart.
Breathing techniques will enable you to energise all your alveoli, breathe with full awareness and calm your brain.
This cruise is a journey inward, carried by the beauty of the outside world.
This magic won't just be a memory, but a milestone in your personal development.
Alexis Juliard
Alexis is an attentive and inspired guide with a passion for the ancient traditions of breathing,
movement and sound. Trained through his travels in Asia and America, he has
a sensitive and profound approach to the body and mind, which he transmits with
gentleness and presence. Her teaching is based on the art of inner listening, attentiveness
the breath, and exploring the states of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
Through the use of sound vibrations, it helps everyone to relax.
mental and physical tensions, helping to restore inner harmony. Through
and meditative movements, it cultivates suppleness, strengthens the vital energy and
promotes concentration.
Alexis creates spaces where we learn to slow down, refocus and find our balance.
Her practice invites gentle transformation, a reconnection with oneself in an environment
deeply regenerating.
Thierry Petillot
Today Thierry divides his time between travelling, painting, teaching freediving and breathing techniques, and yoga.
The sea has always been his element, and he began diving and freediving at the age of 13.
As an underwater photographer, he has taken part in scientific expeditions, including one on the dolphins of Shaab Sataya for the Egyptian government.
He has already completed 2 round-the-world trips, one by boat and the other backpacked.
40 years of a professional life full of passion and innovation:
Thierry is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Louis Lumière.
He set up and ran a photo studio in Paris for 15 years, and has worked with some of the biggest magazines, communications agencies and photo agencies.
He then set up and ran a company for 20 years offering image-related internet services, as well as a photo agency to sell other photographers' images to the press.
After selling his company, he returned to photography and video to feed his creativity once again.
He likes to quote François Cheng
"Late in life, I discovered I had a soul".
It took a long road, a bout with cancer and a lot of soul-searching to bring her life into line with her soul.
Combining your passions with your vocation, mission and profession is what the Japanese call Ikigai.
By setting no boundaries Thierry has found his Ikigai in his travel organising business.
Because these dolphin encounter cruises are much more than a simple safari, he is keen to share his knowledge of breathing, marine biology and even the neurosciences that he loves.
And to ensure that these journeys are like no other, he shares them with other participants, such as wellness therapists and yoga teachers.
