Tropical fruits, aromatic plants and spices... A real laboratory to stimulate your five senses.

At aperitif time, you'll visit the Depaz distillery and its castle set in the middle of sugar cane fields. In the afternoon, you'll delve into the history of the mythical city of Saint-Pierre, a city of art and history destroyed in 1902 by the eruption of Mount Pelé. You will then make your way back to your hotel along the Caribbean coast and its succession of picturesque fishing villages.
