Afternoon guided tour of basketball culture.
First of all, we're going to take you on a tour of Rucker Park, a playground for
Harlem's historic basketball court, where our guide will explain
the origins of the sport, its history and what it means to New Yorkers and
for Americans in general.
Then take the underground to Greenwich Village and the famous
"TheCage", a playground surrounded by a fence and particularly popular with
players from the Bronx. Once frequented by those who would later become the
