Day 1
Paris, Horta, Pico Island
Departure from Paris on a scheduled airline. Arrival at HORTA. Welcome by our local correspondents and transfer to the pier for the boat trip to the island of Pico (approx. 20 minutes).
Welcome at the port of Pico and transfer to your accommodation.
Day 2-7
Pico Island
During your stay, you'll go on 4 'swim with the dolphins' outings, either in the morning or in the afternoon (subject to weather conditions and supervised by professionals).
Meals are on your own. Make the most of your 12 free days with guided excursions or a car to discover all the treasures of the island of Pico.
Day 8
Pico Island, Horta, Paris
Transfer to the port. Take the boat to HORTA (approx. 20 minutes). On arrival, transfer to the airport.
(Depending on flight times, an overnight stay in Horta may be necessary due to ferry crossing times).

IMPORTANT: Fares are calculated on the basis of the low season for airfare. The price may vary depending on your booking date and the number of seats remaining on the flights (especially during school holidays). The price is therefore given from and to be reconfirmed at the time of your registration.

To get to the Azores, it's best to travel between April-May and September-October to make the most of your getaway. These periods offer ideal weather for swimming, sports, walking and any other activity that will make your stay enjoyable.
Climate :
- Sea trips are subject to the weather. A 15-day stay is enough to guarantee the 4 outings, as the climate in the Azores is very capricious.
- In exceptional circumstances, very few outings may be possible in 1 week. We cannot be held responsible for this and no refunds will be possible.
Equipment :
- You can bring your own snorkelling equipment or hire it on site.

We recommend that you hire a car to discover the island at your own pace during your free time. Please contact us before your departure to discuss car hire.
This trip is recommended for good swimmers and people who feel comfortable in the water.
- A tourism professional for over 25 years, our contact is a nature lover whose main passion is observing wild animals (photography). He contributes to scientific research and species conservation programmes in collaboration with young people and students.
- The 5 species you are allowed to swim with: Bottlenose dolphins - Common dolphins - Striped dolphins - Atlantic spotted dolphins - Risso's dolphins.
- Shark-watching trips can be organised in place of dolphin-watching trips and excursions to neighbouring islands.
- Possibility of a city stop in Lisbon on the outward and/or return journey.
