Day 1

1.30pm: Arrival at the chalet

2pm: Opening circle and Ice breaking. 

Sara will lead the first exercises to create and strengthen group cohesion using the tools of theatre.

5pm: Free time to enjoy the sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool or simply contemplate nature and have a massage.

8pm: Dinner

9pm: Sky dancing

Guided by Sara, this is a body-based practice of letting go that will help you relax and release your emotions. The workshop ends with a meditation before returning to Morpheus.

Day 2

9am: Breakfast

10am: Sport

11am: "The 7 Pillars of Life" coaching workshop with Sara, to take stock and strengthen the foundations of your well-being.

1pm: Picnic at Lac Casset

3pm: Free time to relax, chill out or enjoy the sauna/jacuzzi and massages.

5pm: MasterClass "How your Multiple Intelligences help you gain clarity and serenity" (or another theme depending on the edition)

8pm: Dinner

9pm: Guidance evening

Hiking, meditation, massage, shamanic journeys

9.30am: Mountain hike + meditation (3 hours)

Introspective walks, connecting with nature, guided meditation in the great outdoors

3pm: Free time to relax, chill out or enjoy the sauna/jacuzzi and massages.

5pm: Shamanic journey guided by drum and voice, a ritual based on ancestral wisdom.

8pm: Dinner

9pm: Surprise evening
