Be with family, meet up with friends, take a step back, rest, go for a walk, do some sport: canoeing, golf, swimming, climbing etc..... Or simply take a moment for yourself.
During your stay, you will have half board in a double room (possibility of triple room)
You will be able to experience heart meditation: a shared experience of relaxation, meditation and regeneration with YOGIC TRANSMISSION, a volunteer trainer will be on hand for a workshop once or twice a day depending on your wishes.
Creative and tasty cuisine awaits you. Yes, the organic garden is full of treasures. Christine & Nicolas will help you to experiment with these dishes and, if you wish, to participate in their preparation. A vegetarian cooking workshop is planned to familiarise you with this cuisine. Creativity guaranteed!
The place is vegetarian, non-smoking and "alcohol free", non-alcoholic drinks will be offered to quench your thirst and for pleasure. This state of mind was naturally imposed following spiritual journeys in India.
