At harvest time
We propose a stay in the red room, located in the wing away from the terrace, with a view on the roofs of the old town of Valréas. It is a double room, with 200×180 beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as air conditioning.
The stay will include breakfast and dinner, prepared and served on the terrace surrounding the swimming pool, with a superb view of the Ardèche Mountains in the distance.
Taste the cuisine created with products supplied by local producers, vegetables and fruit in season.
As part of your stay, a visit to the cellar and tasting of our wines is planned.
The beginning of September is harvest time. We suggest you take advantage of this. You will take part in a morning with their team of grape-pickers, you will discover the organisation and the particular rhythm of the harvest, these exceptional terroirs and the richness of the sharing of the team of grape-pickers.
The winemaker will describe the differences between Viognier and Marsanne, between Grenache and Syrah, and will show you the plots of land planted with rolled pebbles, high on the Vinsobres plateau, at an altitude of 500 m. This morning will conclude with a picnic shared with the grape pickers on site.
